Eccera IT Academy is a publicly approved vocational school in Norway, offering one-year full-time programs and modular online courses in computer technology, networks and systems. Choose between classroom instruction two to three days a week in Oslo, Trondheim or Hamar, or online study with evening sessions and campus gatherings each semester. Most programs are free of charge, supported by county municipalities, and students qualify for financial support through Lånekassen.

Teaching is delivered by instructors from Eccera’s own IT department and partner companies, all specialists in their respective fields. As part of the Eccera Group, the academy serves as a talent pipeline, giving customers early access to motivated junior consultants with relevant skills and fresh perspectives.

Talent Programs

We identify candidates with strong potential and match them with real assignments. Through a 12-month journey of coaching, certification and practical experience, we turn ambition into capability, and capability into impact. Each program is developed together with the customer to fit real hiring goals, we define the ideal profiles, training needs and success criteria, and adjust along the way to make sure the program delivers value at every stage.

Every participant follows a structured journey combining learning, hands-on work and growing responsibility:

  • Foundations (Months 1–3)
  • Practice & Progress (Months 4–6)
  • Deepening Skills (Months 7–9)
  • Specialist Level (Months 10–12)
Each step is supported by regular feedback and evaluation. After 12 months, the customer can choose to bring consultants in-house or continue the collaboration, either way, they gain colleagues who know the job, the tools and the culture.

Certification Courses

Recognized qualifications that build credibility and competence.

Whether someone is early in their career or already experienced, we encourage ongoing development. Every consultant defines an individual training plan tailored to their goals and interests, with full support from our coaches and technical leads. Eccera covers both training materials and exam fees for all certification programs, ensuring high motivation, stronger delivery and better long-term outcomes for our customers.

Tailored Learning

We design flexible, self-paced and hands-on programs in close collaboration with customers and subject matter experts. Training is accessible anytime, anywhere via our learning portal, on the bus, on the couch or between meetings. Consultants study at their own pace but follow a clear plan with recurring workshops and check-ins.

We collaborate with clients and team leads to ensure training isn’t just for personal growth, it also aligns with the technologies and methods used in real-life assignments. When consultants grow in the right direction, they stay longer and contribute more, helping future-proof both careers and project outcomes.
