Eccera’s Stockholm team has officially moved into a newly modernised office at Gårdsvägen 18 in Solna. The space has been redesigned from the ground up to reflect how our consultants, clients, and partners actually work in 2026 — flexible, collaborative, and increasingly hybrid.
A workplace built for how we work today
The decision wasn’t about square metres. It was about creating an environment that supports the way Eccera operates today: a Nordic collective where talent specialists, IT consultants, and AI & Tech Solutions teams move fluidly between focused work, client meetings, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
For our Stockholm-based colleagues — and the consultants, candidates, and clients who visit us — the new space is more than an upgrade. It’s a statement about what a modern Nordic workplace can be.
Designed around new ways of working
Hybrid working isn’t a temporary arrangement anymore — it’s the default. The new Solna office is built around that reality. Quiet zones for deep work sit alongside open collaboration spaces. Meeting rooms are equipped for video-first conversations, recognising that most meetings now include at least one remote participant. Informal areas encourage the kind of unplanned conversations that don’t happen on a calendar.
The design also reflects something we believe deeply at Eccera: that culture and craft are connected. Whether someone is preparing for a client engagement, mentoring a colleague from the IT Academy, or running a workshop with a partner, the space should support the work — not get in the way of it.
For our Workforce Solutions team, that means dedicated areas for candidate conversations and client briefings. For our AI & Tech Solutions consultants, it means rooms equipped for whiteboarding architecture, reviewing code, and demonstrating intelligent systems live.
“A workplace shapes how a team thinks. Our new Stockholm office is designed to bring out the best in everyone who walks through the door — colleagues, consultants, candidates, and clients alike.”
A long-term commitment to Stockholm
Stockholm is and remains one of the most important markets in the Nordics for IT staffing, public sector framework delivery, and AI-driven transformation. Investing in a modernised office here is a direct signal of Eccera’s long-term commitment to the region — and to the clients and consultants who rely on us.
The Solna location keeps us close to where decisions get made. It’s well-connected by public transport, easy to reach for clients across Greater Stockholm, and surrounded by the kind of business community that makes the capital a natural hub for the work we do.
A space for the next chapter
The new office is open and ready to welcome you. Whether you’re a client looking for a partner who understands Nordic workforce and technology challenges, a consultant exploring the next step in your career, or simply curious about what Eccera does — we’d love to host you.
